Reactive Gas Heating and Plumbing Services Limited ("we", "us", "our") is a Gas Safe and OFTEC registered plumbing and heating company based at Leicester, Leicestershire . We are the data controller responsible for any personal data you share with us.

When you enquire via our contact form, by phone or by email, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, property postcode and details of the work you want carried out. We do not collect payment card data through this website.

We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, attend your property, issue quotations and, where you become a customer, manage your work, certification and aftercare. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

We process your data under "legitimate interests" (responding to enquiries you initiated) and, where you become a customer, "performance of a contract".

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from your last contact. Customer records, Gas Safe certificates and warranty documentation are retained for 7 years to meet HMRC and statutory obligations.
